Welcome to MagicwayVillas+LionQueen Pool and Spa House, a luxurious and comfortable single-story home located just a short walk away from Downtown Disneyland. With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this vacation rental can accommodate up to 13 guests in comfort and style.
Each bedroom is beautifully decorated and furnished with high-quality beds and linens. Bedroom 1 features a king bed, sleeper sofa, and a crib, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed (twin on top, full on bottom) with a trundle, Bedroom 4 has a bunk bed (twin on top, full on bottom) with a trundle, and Bedroom 5 has a queen bed and a bunk bed (twin on top and bottom).
The bathrooms are spacious and well-appointed, with Bathroom 1 featuring a separate shower and tub, Bathroom 2 with a shower and toilet, and Bathroom 3 with a shower and toilet. Guests will also have access to fresh towels and basic toiletries during their stay.
The living area is cozy and inviting, with ample seating for all guests to relax and unwind after a day at the theme parks. The large pool and spa in the backyard is perfect for taking a dip and cooling off on a hot day. The outdoor space also features BBQ grill and patio furniture, making it a great spot for enjoying meals or hosting a family gathering. Pool and spa heating are optional at an additional cost.
Each bedroom and the living room is equipped with an HD TV and has Roku streaming services, including Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Channel, CNN, FOX, and many more.
Other amenities include a washer and dryer, refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes and utensils, toaster, blender, rice maker, slow cooker, iron and board, infant pack and play, child's highchair, hair dryer, linens, towels, and basic toiletries like shampoo, soap, and toilet paper.
The house is equipped with keyless entry for easy check-in and check-out. Central air conditioning and heating ensure that guests will be comfortable year-round. The home is also kept impeccably clean and sanitized for your peace of mind.
The house also has fire sprinklers for added safety, and is officially licensed by the City of Anaheim with regulatory permit number REG2014DASH00073. Guests must also comply with the city-mandated quiet time from 10 pm to 9 am, during which outdoor facilities including the patio, pool, and backyard are off-limits. Failure to comply with the city requirements may result in fines, civil actions, and criminal prosecutions.
Parking is available for up to 2 cars in the garage and 3 cars in the driveway.

The minimum stay for this vacation rental is 3 nights, and we usually accept or deny reservation requests within 24 hours. Some requests may be rejected due to a 2-night gap in our calendar.
In terms of cancellations, we offer a full refund for cancellations made 60 or more days prior to arrival, but a cancellation processing fee applies. The processing fee is $100 for cancellations made 90 or more days prior to arrival, $300 for cancellations made between 61-89 days prior to arrival, and no refunds for cancellations made 60 or fewer days prior to arrival. Please note that this cancellation policy applies to all bookings, regardless of the booking channel.
We are a family of 11 that stayed here in October of 2014. The house was perfect for all of us! Loved how they decorated and everything was new as they had just remodeled the home. It was only a 20 minute walk to Disney which was perfect! We had little ones ages 6,7 and 9 that hung right in there when we walked. The pool was so fun for them also. We relaxed a few times around it. I would recommend this home for sure! It was close to needed shopping like Walmart, Target and grocery stores. Plus you could walk over to a couple of places to eat also and there was a handy convenient store about a block away. Thanks for sharing your lovely home.
Yvonne N.Loved all of the murals The location was excellent I would definitely recommend this property. We were very close to Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm. We ate all of our meals at Disneyland. The property was immaculate. I would stay here again. The only thing we couldn't find was a ping pong table. The teenagers were disappointed.
Daniel D.We have stayed in 8 or 10 VRBO home and I would say this owner takes the prize for good taste in furniture and equipment. The beds/mattresses are comfortable, the pillows and towels are substantial, and the kitchen equipment for cooking was top notch. We cooked all meals in the home or eat at other relatives in the area so can't provide any input on local restaurants. We were a group of 9, mostly older young adults and senors. Our plan was just to find a central location for family to get together for the holidays and not to see Disneyland but we certainly enjoyed watching their fireworks Friday night from our front porch. It would be an easy walk and very convenient location if Disneyland sightseeing was your objective. We would stay here again and I highly recommend this rental.
