MagicwayVillas+Paradise Pool House is a luxurious and comfortable single-story home located across the street from Downtown Disneyland. With 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, this vacation rental can accommodate up to 13 guests in comfort and style.
The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and furnished with high-quality beds and linens. The master bedroom features a queen bed, the second bedroom has a king bed, the third bedroom has a king bed and a crib, the fourth bedroom has two bunk beds (twin on top, full on bottom), and the fifth bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed (twin on top and bottom).
The bathrooms are spacious and well-appointed, with Bath 1 featuring a separate shower and tub, Bath 2 with a shower and toilet, and Bath 3 with a shower and toilet. Guests will also have access to fresh towels and basic toiletries during their stay.
The living area is cozy and inviting, with ample seating for all guests to relax and unwind after a day at the theme parks. The large pool in the backyard is perfect for taking a dip and cooling off on a hot day. The outdoor space also features BBQ lounge seats and a patio table, making it a great spot for enjoying meals or hosting a family gathering. Pool heating is optional at an additional cost.
HD TVs with Roku streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Channel, CNN, FOX, and many more are available in every bedroom and living room.
The house is equipped with keyless entry for easy check-in and check-out, and guests can enjoy the convenience of having a washer and dryer on site. We are officially licensed by the City of Anaheim and comply with all the city requirements. Guests must also comply with the city-mandated quiet time from 10 pm to 9 am, during which outdoor facilities including the patio, pool, and backyard are off-limits. Failure to comply with the city requirements may result in fines, civil actions, and criminal prosecutions.
The minimum stay for this vacation rental is 3 nights, and we usually accept or deny reservation requests within 24 hours. Some requests may be rejected due to a 2-night gap in our calendar. Please note that we do NOT advertise on Craigslist, and we respectfully decline bookings that create a 2-night open gap in our calendar.
In terms of cancellations, we offer a full refund for cancellations made 60 or more days prior to arrival, but a cancellation processing fee applies. The processing fee is $100 for cancellations made 90 or more days prior to arrival, $300 for cancellations made between 61-89 days prior to arrival, and no refunds for cancellations made 60 or fewer days prior to arrival.

*Minimum Night Stay - 3 nights
*Min age to book our properties is 25 years old or older.
*City-mandated "Quiet Hours” FROM 9:30 pm - 9 am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, front or rear yards, etc) are off-limits during this time, loud music or noise is NOT allowed outside at any time, and NOT allowed inside during quiet hours.
*Parking/Max Vehicle Count - 2 vehicles MAX in the driveway must not block the sidewalk and 2 Vehicles in the garage. And NO street parking is allowed.
*Guests will need to fill out a rental agreement.
We have stayed at many, many HomeAway listings and I have to say this property was perfect for our stay at Disneyland. Actually the property was second to the kind hospitality of the property owners. The property is a moderate walk to Downtown Disney. You walk right by a Starbucks on the way into the park to get your day moving. The house is near all sorts of great places to eat. We fell in love with a little Italian Restaurant just a 3 minute walk away (Marri's Pizza & Italian Restaurant). We never made it into the pool. We would highly advise taking some downtime between park days to just relax. Thought the location looks like you might have road noise, the neighborhood was surprising quiet and very pleasant. The property managers some some of the best I have ever dealt with. The wild parrots roaming around added a very cool touch. If you are visiting Disneyland or Knott's Berry Farm (15 min drive), you have to stay at this property.

Jennifer F.Everthing was great, location, size, wonderful beds The house was very clean..It was too cold to swim so we didn't get to use the pool. We took eleven teens and they loved. we would definitley rent this place again. The manager was great to work with. No problems. I would recommend this place to anyone. We went to the theme parks, beach, whale wathching.
