We have stayed at many, many HomeAway listings and I have to say this property was perfect for our stay at Disneyland. Actually the property was second to the kind hospitality of the property owners. The property is a moderate walk to Downtown Disney. You walk right by a Starbucks on the way into the park to get your day moving. The house is near all sorts of great places to eat. We fell in love with a little Italian Restaurant just a 3 minute walk away (Marri's Pizza & Italian Restaurant). We never made it into the pool. We would highly advise taking some downtime between park days to just relax. Thought the location looks like you might have road noise, the neighborhood was surprising quiet and very pleasant. The property managers some some of the best I have ever dealt with. The wild parrots roaming around added a very cool touch. If you are visiting Disneyland or Knott's Berry Farm (15 min drive), you have to stay at this property.

Billie H.We loved our stay at this beautiful house. It's perfectly decorated, the beds are comfortable, and there is plenty or room. The house has everything you need to do your laundry. It is stocked with extra beach towels for the pool. The yard is very pretty and well maintained. It is only .5 miles to Downtown Disney. You can hop on the monorail from there and be in the park quickly. It is perfect! My kids loved the pool. We spent a lot of time just hanging out in the house, watching movies and playing ping pong. My kids said staying in the house was the best part of their vacation, better than Disneyland! This house made our vacation perfect! Everyone was great to work with and made sure everything was great for our stay. I can't wait to come back and visit.

Also a great laundry room and kids play area. The pool was fun. The kids all loved their rooms with the Disney themes. The adults loved theirs also. We were all together but each had our own space. A short walk to Disneyland was an added bonus! The property owners were great, the neighbors were great, the whole vacation there was great!
S C.This house is truly an amazing house. We had such a great time that we have already planed our next trip back again. We were 16 people and we had enough room to sleep all the adult and the kids. Beds were very comfortable, and the pillows were memory foam pillows. The kitchen had everything we wanted. Lots of towels, beach towels and sheets. The kids had fun with the ping pong table and the pool. The backyard was nice for all of us, we BBQ almost everyday and enjoyed our time together. The walk to Disneyland was short and easy. Kathy HWhen we rented this home it was still in remodel phase and we had no photos to go by, only the help of the owners descriptions. This home exceeded all our expectations. The owners were attentive and helpful. The home is perfect and looks exactly like the photos. We went with 5 adults and 7 teenagers and this home gave us plenty of room allowing us to properly separate the kids. Although this home will sleep 17 people, I wouldn't want to do that with all adults. Mix in some little kids and you will be just fine. The game room was perfect. Be aware the only entry to this room is through the bedroom that has the attached bathroom. Was not a biggie for us as we just chose to not use this bedroom. If you have to use this bedroom it will just limit the access to the kids hang out. The kitchen was fully stocked having plenty of dishes, cookware, etc. The only thing we saw "missing" was measuring spoons and cups, so they thought of pretty much everything! We were pleased to have soap & shampoo available for use and even had laundry detergent. :) We went to Disney and walked from the home. Cut through the employee parking lot & it takes a lot of time off the walk. (a secret a Disney employee told us) Took about 10 min to get to Downtown Disney. I would recommend this home, or any home these owners have as this experience was a very pleasant one. When we come to visit Disney again I will definitely look to rent from them again.

We all loved the Disney themed decor! We came back from Disneyland every afternoon so the younger ones could nap and the rest could enjoy the lovely pool. We then returned for the evening shows and parades! Great location!

We walked to and from Disneyland every day which took about 10-15 min. The kids loved the pool and ping pong table as well as the puzzles and misc things they had for the kids. We loved having the opportunity to have home cooked meals as well as BBQ and spend quality time together when we were away from the park. The owners are great and promptly responded with any concerns before and during our stay. They called the day of our arrival to check and make sure everything was in order and called on check out day to see how things went. Staying at this home away from home was beyond amazing and we will be returning as well as recommending this home as well as Ted and Nacy to friends and family. Not one person in our group had any complaints. They do a great job with this home away from home!

We were a big group totaling 3 family's and we had extra room with this house. Everything was clean and welcoming. The children absolutely loved the painting in the living room and the driveway parking was very accommodating for us. We were able to walk to downtown Disney and Disney Parks and watch the fireworks from the home too. Overall wonderful experience!

It was my first trip to Anaheim and staying at this house and renting from these very nice people made our trip fabulous! If I had any questions while we were there all I had to do was call Ted and I had my answers!! Seven of us stayed at the house, so there was plenty of room for all the adults to spread out! We ate breakfast outside each morning by the pool! What a way to start our day!! Everything about the house was perfect, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfy and it had everything you could ever need in a home away from home! None of us wanted to leave!! When we come back to Anaheim, I will definitely want to rent this house again!! Everything about this house was as it appeared in it's write up and better!! Deborah W.We came to stay at the this home for a family vacation to Disneyland. We stayed 4 days, and I cant say how amazingly perfect this home is!! We had 6 adults, 1 teenager, and 3 kids. We drove, and had 4 cars: two crossover 3 seat vehicles, and 2 small cars- we fit all four into the driveway easily. The decorations were so well done, the beds were beyond comfortable, the pool was a blast, and the bathroom and kitchen were fully stocked for us. There's a walmart marketplace within minutes of the house for our groceries. We chose to walk to disneyland- and we cut though the employee parking lot. A security guard stopped us the first day and guided us through the parking lot into downtown disney, which was wonderful since it felt like we were doing something we shouldn't until he showed us the way to walk! I will want to stay here again when we come back to disneyland in a couple of years, and I know my whole family feels the same. My only regret is not planning our trip when the Angels were in town- the stadium is so close it would have been fun to go to a ballgame at a different stadium than our homestate. It was a magical stay and I would recommend it to everyone!

We were able to enjoy home cooked meals together (something we didn't do at smaller places in the past), everyone had room to hang out without being on top of one another, and our downtime was relaxing. The house was very clean, well stocked with whatever we needed, and we were all happy to return there after long days in the parks. My whole family is looking forward to staying here again in the future. It was simply wonderful!

Marcene H.This was the highlight of our vacation to Disneyland, having a spacious house walking distance to the Park to come back to and rest was great. The house was clean, beautifully decorated in Disney themes, and the owners were wonderful to work with, they were very quick to reply to our every need and went above and beyond to accommodate us. There was more than enough room for our large family, and we never felt like we were in each others way. The beds were more comfortable than our beds at home and there were more than enough linens and towels for everyone. We will definitely stay here again when we return for our next visit and will highly recommend it to friends and family!

They have everything you could possibly need and more; spices, laundry detergent, shampoo, etc. We didn't use them but they even had two strollers you could use if needed. We stayed with a total of 9 adults and 3 children and had room for at least 5 more. Its a super short walk to Disneyland that made it pretty easy to come back to the house for nap time in the middle of the day. We will be coming back here for many more vacations!

Jacquelyn V.We took our family (11 in total) to Disneyland and the best decision we had made was to rent this vacation home. It exceeded our expectations on every level. There were four children included in our group and arriving back to the house after a day at the park was always a treat because they immediately got into the swimming pool and swam for several hours. While the children played and swam in the warm pool, the adults shivered on the deck as most days were a bit chilly outside. It was a good decision to have the pool heated at very minimal extra cost. The house was exceptionally clean, well equipped with everything we needed and so close to Disneyland we could have walked (although we chose to drive because of small children and one person with a disability). The Disneyland theme decorating in all the rooms kept alive the fantasy and magic of Disneyland when we returned to the house each day. Being able to watch the fireworks at night from the front step (and even the living room window) was a bonus! The communication with the property management and owners was always informative and questions were answered promptly before and during our trip. The couple of small issues we had were easily and quickly resolved with just a simple phone call to the owner. It was nice to be able to walk to Disneyland and so fun to watch the fireworks right from the front porch. We didn't swim because we spent most of our time at Disneyland but the pool looked inviting. It is so close to Disneyland; just a 10-15 minute walk to Downtown Disney! The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were updated. I believe the entire home was recently renovated and it looks like a model home. The owners were terrific to work with. Came on the day of arrival to see if all was good and then called the next day. So great! We did not use the pool, but it looked great. We did use the very nice patio and grill. We very much appreciated that they had 2 high chairs, a crib and a pack n' play for our twin grandkids. They have strollers also. I would highly recommend this property to others and would definitely stay here again!

It was perfect for us because of the location being close to the park and it being big enough to accommodate our large # of people. Ted was an amazing person to work with, easily contacted and generally concerned that our stay was perfect. We spent a whole week there and wish we could have stayed there longer. Each bedroom had a nice large TV, plenty of seating space, plenty of dishware and pots and pans for cooking. The washer and dryer were very nice, the pool was amazing and the patio lended itself nicely for a BBQ swimming party after each night of walking in Disneyland. We were close enough to see the Disneyland firework show from the front porch. The house is also close to many restaurants and shopping centers. I am a runner and enjoyed a nice run each morning in the neighborhood that this house in located in. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an alternative to a hotel for Disneyland

It was a great place to gather, eat, rest and access the Disney Parks. It was fun watching the fireworks from the living room - for the nights we weren't at the park! We had one minor issue (broken coffee pot), but I called Ted (the owner) and he had it replaced right away. I'd recommend this property to anyone wanting great access to the parks -- we sure will stay again next time we're there.

Debra A.We just returned home from our Disney vacation and the house was excellant. We are a family of four and meet my parents at the vacation rental for a wonderful holiday. The house has lots of space for two families to enjoy their own space. The kitchen is well equipped with everything that you could possibly need to prepare meals. After an early morning at Disney everyday we returned to the house in the afternoon for a swim and some down time relaxing around the pool before doing some grilling on the poolside Bbq. The only issue that we had was the power went out at the house one day and it kicked out the pool heater. A quick text to Ted and he was at the house immediately and reset it for us. Ted also came the day we arrived and greeted us and gave us some general info for the house and disneyland. Overall excellant customer service and the house exceeded our exceeded our expectations.

We had never rented a house for a vacation and were a little leery of doing it for the first time, but everything worked out great The house was large enough to accommodate 12 people. Everything described on the website including the amenities within the house was perfect, including dishes, utensils and cooking items. There were also plenty of towels and extra linens, even soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. The washer and dryer in the garage was also nice being able to do some laundry when required. The owners were easy to communicate with via text message and any issues that did arise during our stay were quickly taken care of without any questions. The house was clean upon arrival and looked exactly as it did from the pictures on the website. The pool was great, clean and large enough to have several people in it. We found the pool a little cool, but a quick text to the owners and they had it heated for us for a reasonable fee which was perfect! The patio area and BBQ were awesome for some afternoon meals and relaxing and enjoying some California sunshine. The proximity to Disneyland was great, being able to watch the fireworks from the front door was great. We walked to Disneyland the first couple days cutting through the staff parking lot at the corner of Walnut and Katella. It is quite a long walk as we had to walk all through downtown Disney and it took about 20-30 mins to get to the front gate of Disneyland depending on how fast you walk, but it is a nice walk with lots to look at. You can catch the monorail once you get to downtown Disney which would cut down on some walking but it was closed when we were there. We decided to pay for the Anaheim resort transit pass as there is a stop about 3-4 mins walk from the house and this was a nice alternative to walking. A 3 day adult pass was only $12 so we used that for the last 3 days. There are several grocery stores, restaurants, fast food chains and clothes shopping within close proximity of this house as well which was very convenient. The description and reviews of this property are all very accurate and I would recommend this property to anyone that was looking to rent a house close to Disneyland. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip. Thanks for a great stay and for having a part in making our vacation memorable!

It's expertly decorated and fully stocked with everything you'd need to feel at home. Disneyland is a 20 minute walk if you cut through the Disney employee parking lot. Although once inside there's a protected pedestrian pathway, beware as the cars entering the lot come in very fast. Our kids nicknamed the property as the "fun house" and our youngest kept calling it our "new house." Needless to say, none of us wanted to leave. From appliances, cooking utensils, extra sheets, pillows, stroller, play pen, shampoo etc. The owners go above and beyond to ensure you have a nice stay. The pool was the highlight, and the kids spent more time here than anywhere else. Yet it was nice to know that the gate kept them out unless we allowed them in. The backyard was beautiful. Felt like we had our own private oasis. Plenty of room for our whole family. We'll be back!
Mackenzie R.We just had a mini reunion for 6 days and all met from 4 different states at this house. The house was perfect for us. Each of the rooms were beautifully decorated with comfortable beds. The bunk bed room was heaven for the kids. It was so convenient to have the crib in one room and the bunk bed with a queen in one room for the youngest kids to stay with their parents. The kitchen and family room gave us plenty of room to all relax and talk and eat. We didn't use the game room very much because it was so hot out there (in the garage). The only problem we ran into was parking. Because we were all traveling from 4 different states, we had 4 cars. I thought I had read "plenty of parking" somewhere, but that was my mistake. There are 3 parking spots and that is all. They bent over backwards to help us get out of our predicament and were super helpful. The house is very close to Disney-a long walk but it never felt TOO long (even after being in the parks for 14+ hours). We had younger kids (ages 8 & 5) so our pace was slower, but it took us 18 mins to the monorail at downtown Disney or 25 mins to the park entrances. It never felt like a bad walk, though. It was super convenient to not have to worry about driving and paying for parking at the parks each day. We all loved the house, we're looking forward to when we can come back, and I would definitely recommend it to others.
Melanie H.Very close to Disney , if u cut through the employee parking lot u got to the park a lot quicker . We stayed with 17 people , we found there was plenty of room for all of us . The only real problem we had was with parking , if u have more than two cars it's kind of a hassle . U can see fireworks from the front yard perfectly and ur close to everything !!
Christie G.The house was very well kept in a quiet neighborhood. Ted was very responsive in taking care of small issues right away. That is definitely very well appreciated. Thank you. We were in the area when the temperature went up as high as 110 F which probably was the reason it took awhile for the AC to get the house cooler. It would have been nicer if the AC was on before we arrived especially if very hot weather was expected. The only limitation is just the parking which only provided for 2 cars (on the driveway). There are no street parking allowed in front of the house. They did advise us though where to park (street nearby) to avoid getting a parking ticket about a week before our stay. With the hot weather, we just decided to park in Disneyland rather than walk. Their internet was great and very fast. Maybe an electric fan would be helpful in the garage area while the kids play the ping pong. The kids were able to use the pool on the last day as everyone was already tired walking the whole day in the theme parks. The kitchen is complete, big refrigerator. Nice washing machine and dryer. Would greatly recommend this house especially for huge families who want some quality time together all in 1 roof!

Chong V.This property is more than AWESOME. So close to Disney. We did walk but also took a vehicle one day, just in case. Great amenities. We had 16 in our group, ages 66 down to 6. More than enough room for all of us. The pool was the high light for the grandkids. Made a few minor suggestions to the owners and they appreciated the input. Extremely clean and well maintained. Decor was just the right touch to keep us smiling. Several shops, restaurants and other stores a block away. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone mainly for location.
Betty S.Our large family came to CA from three different states and had a wonderful vacation! Everything at the house was exactly like the pictures. The kids just loved the room with the double bunks and loved the pool. They ate breakfast on the patio every morning and then we all walked to Disney. Some of us were lucky enough to score tickets to Adele concert and used Uber; which was also wonderful. While we were at the concert the rest of the family relaxed and watched the kids swim in the pool. Got up the next morning and all walked to Disney. Spent the entire day there and returned in time to watch the fireworks from the front yard. Since we had rented a large van; we decided to all take a day off from the park and hit the beach. What a wonderful experience for our young grandchildren who had never seen the ocean. Third day was back at Disney. The house was so nice to come "home" to. We always felt safe due to the nice neighborhood. One thing that I wanted to share: when out by the pool one morning; the kids saw several large parrots in the neighbors yard; eating apples off their tree. You never see anything like that in Montana, Wyoming or Idaho. We had a WONDERFUL vacation!
Kathy BOur large group fit perfectly in this home. It was very comfortable and clean. The pool and game room kept the kids busy. The Disney theme throughout the house was a super cute touch. The only thing I would have to say that might need to change is to decrease the phone calls during the stay. I stayed 3 days and had a phone call from the owner each day. It would be best to send an email upon arrival with contact info, should anything be needed.
Rosa DWe were a party of 5 adults and 4 children from the UK/USA and spent 3 nights in August at this holiday property. We were really pleased with the care and thought that had been put into the property to cater for everything you could need during a stay there. As it was quite hot during our visit, the well kept swimming pool was very welcome ! The house was homely, clean and well equiped and within an easy 15 minute walk to Downtown Disney. We did use an Uber once, which cost us around $7 to Downtown. It was also an easy 7 mile drive to Knotts Berry Farm too, and within minutes drive of local shops and supermarkets. The home was in a quiet residential area and we could see the Disney Fireworks from the front porch every night, which everyone really enjoyed. We would highly recommend the house to anyone who wants to be near Disney and also wants a property that caters for families with everything you could want to find in a rental. We were so pleased with our choice and are very grateful that the owners provided such a wonderful vacation home !

Our family, which includes grandma and grandpa, aunts and uncles, and lots of little cousins running around, was comfortable in this home and felt at ease. It truly feels like your home away from home. Disneyland is SO close. Makes coming home for lunches or naps great for families with little ones. As frequent Disney visitors, this was our most pleasant experience. Definitely, THE place to stay in Anaheim. But make sure you leave days open to "stay home"! The pool and patio are very inviting and provide great rest and relaxation, exactly what every vacation needs! This home was perfect - there was not a single thing missing for our comfort and enjoyment - pool toys for the kids, any kitchen appliance needed, lots of towels and extra bedding, high chair, stroller, books for kids and adults and plenty of information about the surrounding area. An easy walk for our gang to Disneyland. Being able to see the fireworks from the front porch was a big plus. The entire property is very clean, well kept with lots of room for all of us. The pool and deck were very welcome as it was quite hot during our stay. We would absolutely recommend this property - it was definitely a huge contributing factor to our perfect family vacation. The owners have certainly thought of everything.

It was an easy check in with the property manager and unlike another review, we were not bugged with phone calls at all!!! Very easy communication with Ted throughout our many conversations with my questions before and after booking almost a year beforehand. He answered anything I needed to know promptly making it feel like I knew exactly what to expect. So close to Disneyland it made it easy on us all! And everything we needed was there for making breakfast before our long days began. It was fun, roomy, clean and again - close to Disneyland!! Thanks for making our dream trip that much more enjoyable by having this home! We would definitely come back!

Rhonda NWe just returned last night from a great stay in this house. There was only 7 of us, which was 3 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 kids, who both just turned 3 and 5 y/o. So we had more than enough room.....bedrooms not even used! The kitchen has EVERYTHING you would ever need, stocked better than the average home. The large table comes in handy. The beds were very soft and comfortable. The walk was "OK" to Disneyland. By the end of the trip the walk felt a lot longer than 20 or so minutes. (and 3 of us are "walkers" on a daily basis). The house decorations are over the top! Great job there. Even the garage is decorated. We did watch the fireworks from the front porch one night. Handy! Cant wait to book this house again!

It's about a 15 minute walk to Disneyland if you cut thru the employee parking lot. The house was very clean and the Disney decor added to the whole experience. We had a few really minor issues when we first arrived, but Randy (property manager) and Rick (owner) were available to help us immediately. Both gentlemen were very friendly and professional. We enjoyed coming back to the house midday for naps and lunch. It was nice to have a peaceful home to come back to instead of hearing the standard hotel noises. On our the last day there, Anaheim experienced a crazy all day rainstorm and we were not able to spend a lot of time at the parks, but we had fun playing games, watching movies and relaxing at the house. This was a fun place to stay and we hope to visit again in the future!

With 5 bedrooms everyone had a space to retreat to when they needed a break, the living area was big enough for us to hang out in. The pool, what can i say perfect the kids only wanted to come out of it if we were going to disneyland. 20 minute walk or a shuttle comes just down the street. We walked everyday to Disney - took us 15 minutes with small grandchildren and strollers to get to downtown Disney. There is a great pizza place (Marri's) and a small market walking distance from the home. Our friend that was staying with us even drove to Costco - she said about 2.5 miles away. The property manager, Randy was fantastic!! He was very helpful - even when you lock yourself out of the house! LOL I can not think of anything that I would change concerning our trip to the "Happiest Place on Earth"!!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!

The house had a couple life jackets which was nice so the younger kids could play in the deep end. Great location to Disneyland for walking each day. It took us 20 min to walk to the gates (our youngest was 5). We rented a car which was great for groceries but noticed a small grocery store near by. If you enjoy soft beds, this is the house for you! The house had a couple things that needed attention but the manager was very helpful to make our stay awesome. Overall we were extremely happy with our vacation at this house.

Shampoo 2n1, soap and hand soap were provided and a welcomed item. The garage had the HE washer and dryer with laundry detergent, bleach and fabric softener for use. We also had use of a lightweight stroller, 2 high chairs and a Pack n Play. You can only park two vehicles in the driveway and there is no street parking at all. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, spices, bowls, silverware, utensils, microwave and toaster. They did have 6 bottles of water in the refrigerator upon arrival which was nice to have after a long drive. Only few items I wished they had...saran wrap or aluminum foil, zip baggies, and kitchen wash rags to wipe down counters and table (they had kitchen sponge and paper towels for use). Location - a very short walk (1 -1/2 block) to wait for Anaheim Resort Transportation (ART - i used the app which gave me precise times to expect the shuttle at location) in front of the Best Western Pavillions. We took Route 9 and that lead us to the transportation area for Disneyland, CA Adventure or Downtown Disney. Very convenient and easy to use. If you are wanting to walk to Disney then you could walk through an employee parking lot which is located across the street and around the corner (sounds strange but easy 15-20 min walk depending on you stride). Will let you enter Downtown Disney closest to ESPN and Rainforest Cafe. Outside Area: The front yard is well taken care of. The pool area is great (just as pictures show online) it is secured by a fence and gate. Also the seating outside with an umbrella was used and also we BBQ'd. Each night we were able to watch from the front lawn the fireworks from Disneyland and that was nice for the little ones who could not stay in the park that late. The monorail was closed while we were there so we have to make the extra trek to the Mai gates and it still wasn't bad, even for our littlest kids (5 yrs old). JENNIFER STen of us stayed at this home for a family wedding in Anaheim. There was plenty of space for everyone! No problem finding alone time. Great kitchen area and living room area to gather in. All the rooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms were beautiful and looked like they were just remodeled. The pool was refreshing and clean but needs a little face lift (missing some tiles). Disney was a short walk away and there was a great Italian restaurant right down the street. The owners were wonderful to deal with.
Nicolette ZWe had a family reunion gather from 3 states for 5 nights in this house and it was great! There was plenty of room for each family to have a room, and the cousins got to have a big sleepover together in the Toy Story bunk room. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. It really is the closest house to Disneyland, which we walked to every day by cutting through the employee parking lot. It takes about 25 minutes door-to-front-gate, since you have to walk all the way through Downtown Disney and there is no tram. But it was easy and worth it not to have to pay for parking! We also spent 2 days at 2 different beaches that were close. Newport Beach is only about a 30 minute drive and Laguna Beach is about 40 mins. If you plan to have some downtime to swim in the pool I would recommend paying to have it heated, as it is very cold if not heated. It’s a great neighborhood with close proximity to stores and restaurants. We all had a wonderful week and were so happy to be in this house together. We would definitely rent this house again!
Kari P.I cant tell you how wonderful this house is for a family on vacation! It might sound like I was put up to this review, but really, the house was everything they said and more! Clean, close to everything, Disney, beach and only 90 min to Universal ,30 min to the airport, updated, the owners are on the ball, the dishwasher didn't latch the first day, they were there same day in just minutes.We had 6 kids and 7 adults and didn't feel cramped at all, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking, the pool was clean, the pool pump needs to be changed, it was pretty loud, but I think they were putting a new one in asap. All in all ,it was great and we will 100% stay there again, it was so nice to make breakfast every day and pack food for Disneyland ,and come home to barbeque, we made a trip to Costco, also close, and stocked up with food, it saved a ton of money, and we ate better, with as many people as we had in a hotel we would have spend 2 or 3 times more! The washer and dryer was also wonderful to have , with all the kids we did several loads, don't be worried about this house, it was great!

Jennifer KOur stay was enjoyable and the house worked out pretty good :) Pros: -Convenient walk to Disneyland (apprx. 20 min) -Kitchen was well stocked, except we did have to run to the store for paper towels because they only supplied one roll, which was no big deal. -They allowed us to drop off our bags earlier than check-in -Plenty of space and the kids thought the Disney themed rooms were awesome.

We did an extended trip that included 3 local theme parks. It was perfect for coming back to in the evenings or taking a mid day break from Disney. The kids (and adults) loved the pool. We paid to heat it and coming from the Pacific North West the temp was just right :) Randy was so good and at helping when we needed it and providing us with extra supplies (paper towels, toilet paper etc) when we ran low. They provide more than enough supplies in the kitchen, and made nearly all our meals there. I would most definitely stay again! This house was well worth the money and hope to return!

Beds were a little softer than we are used to but we got used to it. Easy walk to Downtown Disney (10 minutes from the house to the Disneyland Hotel). Pool was nice too - 4 year old could stand on his own in the shallow end. Kitchen had some basics which was nice. $10 Uber to Walmart to get groceries. $7 Uber to gates of Disneyland.

The kitchen was well stocked with cooking ware. We would highly recommend this home for a trip to Disneyland. We did our grocery shopping at Food 4 Less which was less than a mile away.

StayedAfter researching properties for a family (11 of us from 70+ year-old grandparents to 7 year-old grandkids) we opted for this one based on reviews & on proximity to Disneyland. Our week there was fantastic! On our last evening there we sat around & discussed whether there was anything that any of us thought "I wish this place had........." - none of us could come up with anything! It really is just an easy walk across the employee parking lot to Downtown Disney (make sure you find the pedestrian walk-way that goes down the middle of the lot - it gets busy at certain times.) The pool was a huge hit with all ages - based on owners' kind advice we opted to not heat it & were glad that we didn't. With early August temperatures being what they were, it was great to cool off in. Some days we stayed in the Parks all day & then watched the fireworks from the house at night; other days we came back & swam / rested in the afternoon & then went back in the evening - it really is close enough that you can easily do either. We did quite a lot of our own cooking & had everything that we needed to do so. A great place to stay - if we ever get the chance to do it all again, we wouldn't hesitate to do come back here.

Vicki M.My family which consisted of my two daughters and their husbands and my 3 grandchildren stayed for a week. We loved the short walk to Disneyland. When we needed stuff for the house the response was very fast. Watching the Disneyland fireworks from the front step was great and convenient for the little ones. The gated pool area was nice and the whole family enjoyed our pool time. Bedrooms were perfect for our group so we all could have our own space. The couch was not very comfortable as I believe it is a hide a bed but we didn’t spend much time sitting on it. All in all my family thought this was one of the best VRBOs we have stayed at.

The walk to Disneyland was super easy (although it took a bit to figure it out- directions below!) We didn't use the pool as it was November but it looked nice. We never had to reach out for anything- it was just a super easy, fun week! Directions: From driveway turn right and turn right on Walnut. At the intersection turn left on Katella. Right after crossing Walnut, you will see a driveway on your left (employee parking) In the middle of the lot, there is a pedestrian path that will lead you right to Downtown Disney and the super uncrowded security entrance! Easy! 10-15 min. max

This home was perfect for our extended family of 13 guests with five spacious bedrooms and 3 baths. We had so much fun visiting Disney that we didn't taken full advantage of the pool, game rooms, movies, etc. but the kiddos were just as excited at the prospect of a swim day as they were about riding rides. VuThis house was truly amazing. My whole family (of 9 individuals) were very comfortable over our 8 days stay and there was definitely a lot of space for all of us. The kitchen is very well-equipped with everything that you may need. The entire house was very clean when we arrived and it was beautifully set up with nice touches. Each of the bedrooms are very generous in space with plenty of room to settle in for a long stay. The walk to Downtown Disney is an easy 10 mins via the staff car park. If you prefer to walk via the outside then it’s about 15 to 20 mins (we only did this once and then discovered the short cut via the car park and we did this for the rest of the trip; even at 2am). Nancy and her team were very helpful and no request was too much hassle. Would strongly recommend this house if you’re planning a Disney holiday

The house was very clean and organized for us and was very welcoming. Communication with the managers was great and check-in/out was a breeze. We walked to the park each day which was about 20-30 minute stroll based on who was walking and how fast. We weren't able to walk through the employee parking but walked on Katella to Disney Way, then through the hotel. We would highly recommend this property.

The only thing I would mention is that Disneyland no longer lets you cut through the employee parking lot, I let makes the walk to the park about a mile. For those in good shape, it’s not a problem. If you prefer not to walk, the price for an Uber is just six dollars, which is much cheaper than parking at the resort. Would stay here again!

The hosts responded to the very few issues we had. The only thing we noticed that may be worth mentioning was that most rentals have more basics in the kitchen such as cooking oils and sugar but this place only had a handful of spices. Not an issue just something to know if you’re bringing groceries. It does sit beside a very busy very large road so the people sleeping in that room required earplugs but that wouldn’t stop us from staying there again. We also appreciated that there are a huge number of towels, linens, and dishes. The place is definitely set up for a large group. The walk to Disney is quick. We would definitely stay here again for a large family trip!!

Check in process was a breeze and we got to meet Randy when we arrived (he was great!). The pool was a godsend in the afternoons after returning from Disney. The location is perfect by the way. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to downtown disney. Easily doable and much better than finding parking at the park and then taking a tram. Would definitely stay here again!

The description of home was spot on and the best thing was it was within walking distance of the park, just like it stated! We had 2 families in the home with 4 adults and 4 kids and I was concerned about the distance from the park for our younger kids, but it was perfect for them! I would highly recommend this home to anyone that was inquiring
Tami V. - Stayed Aug 2019This was a perfect house for our families. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for multiple families. The first day we wakes to Disneyland which is not far at all however our younger kiddos were tied if walking so the next days to Disney we decided to pay for parking which was much enjoyable for all of us. We opted to get the pool heated which I’m glad we did because the adults were able to enjoy the pool. Would recommend this place.
Jennifer M. - Stayed May 2019There were 4 adults, and 3 kids (10 months, 13 months and 3 years old) and we had an amazing stay. The location was extremely convenient to be able to walk back to the house everyday for lunch, naps, and a dip in the pool, then back to Disney for the afternoon. Thanks to the directions that someone else left in another review we were able to walk to the security gates into Downtown Disney within 6-7 minutes. Then it's the 10 minutes or less walk to the gates of Disney/California Adventure through downtown Disney. The property manager was just finishing up when we arrived and he went through any need to knows with us. He was extremely personable and gave a warm welcome. We had no problems with any of the household items during our stay. As per our request they had 2 highchairs there for us, and a pack and play (plus one of the rooms has a crib). The 7 of us had lots of room and it would have been easy to add in another family without feeling squishy. We all agreed we would stay here again in the future. It was so nice to have a house to come back to for breaks and for bed time. Then a nice place for the adults to hang out during the evening when the kids were down. You can easily watch the fireworks from the front step, and the back yard/pool area is very well kept and comfortable. So nice to dip your feet in the pool with a cold adult beverage in hand after a long day in the parks! As other's have noted, a lot of light comes into some of the rooms. We just tucked a duvet over the curtain rod in the babies room to keep the light out and that worked.

Large open gathering room with living room and kitchen. 5 spacious bedrooms with three renovated bathrooms made for a wonderful time together. Gas grill with very nice outdoor spaces lends to outdoor dining. The owners and property manager are wonderful. They respond to inquiries promptly and courteously. It’s a easy walk to Disneyland so no hassle with parking. Would strongly recommend

Joan A. - Stayed Mar 2019A 15 mins skip away from Disneyland. Had all the amenities you need to cook meals for your family. This is the first VRBO place (we started staying in VRBOs since 2012) we stayed at and the knives are actually properly SHARP to prepare your meals. We were a party of six with 2 small kids and we had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable and we lounge most of the time in the backyard patio. The only issue I had were my allergies the backyard had various beautiful plants and trees. Also the floodlight on the hotel next to the left side of hotel were bright at night need a darker shade. The pool was too cold to jump in it. Overall we saved money from home cooked meals, parking fees, and gas. It was well worth it would definitely stay here again on our next Disney trip!!!
Vuthy S. - Stayed Mar 2019The space magically held my extended family - grandchildren, children, niece, sister - what a celebration. Everyone was comfortable and had enough space. I asked my 17 year old grandson what the best part of our week long vacation to Disneyland was, he stated it was staying at the house. I think that says it all. I felt like I had to shoo them out of the house and off to Disneyland but quickly realized that the house provided an opportunity for them to have quality family time together in a comfortable, roomy space. We appreciate the support from Randy and Rick who attended to all our requests quickly and with a smile. All the rooms were comfortable. Plenty of shower power for such a large group. Plenty of towels. We cooked in a lot and kitchen well stocked. Would be nice to have separate garbage inside for recycle - we had Costco box so improvised. Appreciated extra locking carabiner on pool - We didn't heat pool but when temp reached and unexpected 87 on Sunday- we jumped in. Refreshing and appreciated the use of salt instead of chlorine. Looking forward to our next visit - will definitely stay here again.
Elle R. -- Stayed Mar 2019The proximity to Disneyland from this house is fabulous. Just cross the street and enter the employees parking lot. The gate to enter Disneyland is never crowded. Steps to the monorail after security checkpoint. House is dated but has five comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms. For ten of us it was wonderful. Ample dishes, cutlery and supplies. Comfortable beds. Response to phone calls or messages was very fast. I would stay there again if I was ever going to Disneyland again.
Pamela N. Stayed Feb 2019There were 13 of us - 8 adults and 5 kids. The house had more than enough towels and not water. The kitchen was well equipped, although we didn’t do any cooking. The house was stocked with linens, washer detergent, dishwasher pods, dish soap, bathroom soap, shampoo and toilet paper. As we were leaving the airport, we ordered basic food supplies from Vons online for delivery and this worked great. Quick walk to downtown Disney when we followed the route given by a previous reviewer. The only suggestion I would have is to replace some of the mini blinds with blinds that were more room-darkening, especially in the bedroom that faces the motel behind the house. I would definitely stay here again!
Dena T. - Stayed Jan 2019Our group had a wonderful time at this home. We had 11 people including grandparents, teens, young children and a baby. We all had the space and privacy we needed and every comfort of home. We did an extended trip that included 3 local theme parks. It was perfect for coming back to in the evenings or taking a mid day break from Disney. The kids (and adults) loved the pool. We paid to heat it and coming from the Pacific North West the temp was just right :) Randy was so good and at helping when we needed it and providing us with extra supplies (paper towels, toilet paper etc) when we ran low. They provide more than enough supplies in the kitchen, and made nearly all our meals there. I never felt there were too many rules, just your basic stuff and never felt bothered by mgmt. The walk to Disney is about 20 minutes, but the ART line is just around the corner which was a convenient alternative. I would most definitely stay again! The only cons would be the floors could use a good scrubbing, like someone else said they turn your socks black and the clothing of crawling babies ;) It also advertises video games but the console does not work. Couch could stand to be replaced, looks and feels like it's been around for quite some time. Other than that, this house was well worth the money and hope to return!
Heidi PWe really enjoyed this large home for the family. It was great to be able to gather for coffee and breakfast then get ready and head to Disneyland. The property manager, Randy , could not have been nicer and made sure we had everything we needed. The walk to the park was easy and going through security at the Downtown Disney entrance was much shorter than the main gate. Don’t hesitate a moment to rent this home.. you and your family will have a great time!

Cyndy and Bryan FWe had a family reunion gather from 3 states for 5 nights in this house and it was great! There was plenty of room for each family to have a room, and the cousins got to have a big sleepover together in the Toy Story bunk room. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. It really is the closest house to Disneyland, which we walked to every day by cutting through the employee parking lot. It takes about 25 minutes door-to-front-gate, since you have to walk all the way through Downtown Disney and there is no tram. But it was easy and worth it not to have to pay for parking! We also spent 2 days at 2 different beaches that were close. Newport Beach is only about a 30 minute drive and Laguna Beach is about 40 mins. If you plan to have some downtime to swim in the pool I would recommend paying to have it heated, as it is very cold if not heated. It’s a great neighborhood with close proximity to stores and restaurants. We all had a wonderful week and were so happy to be in this house together. We would definitely rent this house again!
Kari PI cant tell you how wonderful this house is for a family on vacation! It might sound like I was put up to this review, but really, the house was everything they said and more! Clean, close to everything, Disney, beach and only 90 min to Universal ,30 min to the airport, updated, the owners are on the ball, the dishwasher didn't latch the first day, they were there same day in just minutes.We had 6 kids and 7 adults and didn't feel cramped at all, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking, the pool was clean, the pool pump needs to be changed, it was pretty loud, but I think they were putting a new one in asap. All in all ,it was great and we will 100% stay there again, it was so nice to make breakfast every day and pack food for Disneyland ,and come home to barbeque, we made a trip to Costco, also close, and stocked up with food, it saved a ton of money, and we ate better, with as many people as we had in a hotel we would have spend 2 or 3 times more! The washer and dryer was also wonderful to have , with all the kids we did several loads, don't be worried about this house, it was great!
