Lovely location to Disneyland. Quite good beds to sleep.
Nai SenGreat amenities and so cheap to catch an Uber to Disneyland each day. Loved the house set up for our family of 6. Kids loved the big tv. Kitchen was well set up and it was very fun to have the wall decor or Nemo characters. Consoles in room weren’t as described and a bit outdated. Cleanliness was perfect and the amount of space was wonderful.
SarahA great place for families (we had 10 of us fit comfortably) to enjoy Disney within a 20 minute walk. We could retreat "home" at midday for a nap, to cook, or just rest as we each wished and then head back to get the most out of our Disney tickets.

AntonioThe home was furnished with families in mind. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional. My 10-month-old niece was able to sit in the high chair provided and enjoy the murals and miscellaneous artwork on the walls while we ate home-cooked meals. There are even books throughout which we read to her during our downtime. Although the home was within walking distance of the Downtown Disney District, the heat caused us to drive there. I contacted the Property Manager/Owners regarding the noisy water heater, but they mentioned they would address it after our departure. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the home.

One member of our party walked from the house to Downtown Disney (15min from the house to the security check point). We will book again when we’re back in the area.

The AC unit was great, especially since it was super hot! Big outdoor space for the kids to run around. We will definitely stay again!
MelissaWe had several friends get together and make a trip to Cali for a wedding and Disney. The walk was short to and from Disney and easy to access. We fit perfectly in the space and had so much fun together hanging out in the living room and massive backyard. It is decorated so cute as well!
KatieGreat place near Disney! We stayed at this location for a week during September 2018. The house had everything our family needed to explore Disney and the LA area. We were able to walk to the front gates of Disney every day in around 15-20 minutes. Excellent backyard with a grill and patio furniture. The house had a cute Disney theme that the kids enjoyed. Equipment with all of the electronic needs that you might have and excellent internet speed. Quite neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Close to several grocery and retail stores. Owners were always prompt in their response and very helpful. Overall excellent place and somewhere I strongly recommend staying.

JasonGreat space and the decor is super fun. the location is pretty great about 20 min walking distance from the Disneyland Resort. There are a ton of places to eat nearby, not only at Disneyland but the surrounding area. Host left a binder with great suggestions for groceries and dining.

I was hoping it was closer to Disneyland, but after a long day of rides, any walk with 4 kids is too long i guess. It's as close as i guess you can stay in a house without parking at Disney. It was comfortable. I would go stay there again.
Belinda November 2018I highly recommend this home to other families! It was beautifully decorated "Finding NEMO" themed and so close to Disney that my family of 6 and a baby walked every day. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and even had extra linens when we ran out of towels but were too lazy to do laundry lol. The owners are so nice and respond quickly to any questions or concerns you may have. FIVE Stars from me and my family and we can't wait to visit again!!

There was plenty of space for our whole group and added bonuses, like kids table, strollers and laundry basket made things a lot easier. We really enjoyed this home, it was a perfect place to relax at after our time at Disneyland. And all of the extra Disney touches made it that much better!

But they are totally fine and everything was clean. It’s a great value. The host had great communication. We will be back!
Nate January 2019Just under a mile walk to Downtown Disney was perfect for our family with little kids. The spacious backyard with patio and grass area is great for kids in the morning to run around. And we could see the Disney fireworks from the backyard! This home offered all our necessary items to make our stay enjoyable. The washer and dryer were great! There were kids books (no toys though) that were appreciated.
Lisa February 2019Our stay at our rental was great! What a difference 4 bedrooms make. It was great to have each kid have their own room, plus an extra room for our friends. The bunk bed room can sleep multiple kids if needed (we did not need it) because the bunk has a trundle bed as well. The house was clean, had all the basic amenities we needed, and there was extra bottled water in the fridge (not sure if this was from the owners, or from previous renters). Fridge is huge, stainless, updated. Washer and dryer are also newer. Plenty of towels, dishes, and space for everybody. There is even a stroller for a toddler if needed. The back yard is HUGE and well maintained! We didn't end up using it, but could see the kids playing out there if we came back in the summer months. Only a 15 minute walk to Downtown Disney, and an even shorter Uber ride if needed. We walked to and from the park each day/night and had no problems. Plenty of parking space in the driveway for 2 cars, if needed. Also came with a pack-n-play for our 7 month old which was convenient. The NEST thermostat made it easy to control temperature in the house (the forced air heat works great!). We would definitely rent again.

The home was cutely decorated in Finding Nemo theme, which was a big hit with the kids. We would definitely consider staying here again!

They are very fast with responding as we needed a place within the hour and they met the deadline 30 min after the call which was very impressive. 4 bedrooms provided well enough room for the 7 of us traveling. The place was clean and spelled great. These guys where on it and we are so appreciative for the effort in getting the place ready in a short time.

Brian November 2019Wonderful location that is about a 20 mins walk to Disneyland and a short distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Four bedrooms with queen bed in each is great too. I wish the living room was a bit bigger and the plumbing would handle two showers without affecting the temperature of the other shower. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay.

It’s a house, not a cheap Disney hotel 4 bedrooms - we each had our own room! Amenities, the kitchen has everything and most rooms had night tables and lamps Lovely green backyard for relaxing outside the park We Uber-ed to the park and back which was pretty cost effective —about $6-8 each way. We saved some money by having breakfast and cocktails back at the house instead of in the park Beds were comfy Owners were great, House exactly as promised. No issues with neighbours, never saw them. Cleaning cost included so you just lock and walk.

Mark F. - Stayed Jun 2019A group of 9 (3 kids, 6 adults) of us stayed for a week. The walk to Downtown Disney was about 20-30min, then another 10min walk to the front gate to Disneyland. The house was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Note that there is no crib in the master bedroom as stated in the listing (they do have a pack n play for use though). The master bathroom shower head is all the way on the side (not in the middle of the wall) and not meant for 5’9” sized people. It was an awkward shower for my husband (6’2”) and I. The stroller that was provided was broken when we got there but the property manager provided a new one same day! The house could use a little update in the master bath and kitchen but overall the house had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the pleasant vacation!

The kitchen was well-stocked and we used the laundry room while we were there. We wish we had not brought our own stroller because one was supplied. The backyard was so peaceful and the children enjoyed playing in the back yard. The neighborhood was quiet. We bought shuttle tickets but then realized it really was a short walk to Disney. We enjoyed looking at all the mid-century homes on our walk. I am in my sixties and it was easy walk to Disney. Our hosts where very responsive. I will definitely stay here again.

Jenna JThis is a nice house. We enjoyed our stay. It was just as depicted in the photos. We had two families staying in the home, four adults and four kids. No issues. The kids loved the place, especially the bunk-beds and Disney paintings on the walls. The yard is large enough for the kids to play on and there is a BBQ to use. Walking to DL took probably 15-20 minutes and the neighborhood was safe to walk through. The firework show is visible from the front porch. Restaurants and the theme park are close - what's not to like. I'd stay here again.
Rico MEight of us enjoyed the comfort of our home away from home for our week long stay. Our three daughters, ages 17, 15 and 11 were comfortable in the bunk room, each in their own beds with the trundle. The kitchen was a nice size for all of us to make our breakfasts in the morning, and it was well supplied with necessities. We bought a few washcloths because we aren't fans of washing sponges, otherwise the house was clean and had large capacity washer/dryer. We really enjoyed watching the fireworks from Disneyland in the comfort of the private backyard. We would recommend this house to anyone, although the two bathrooms for eight people (including teenagers) required some juggling!
Darrin BOur family enjoyed staying at this house! There were 5 adults and 2 kids. 4 bedrooms, 3 with queen size bed and 4th bedroom with bunk beds was perfect. The house was neatly organized and clean upon arrival. The property manager showed up soon after we arrived to introduce himself and run thru a couple things. He was very nice. The backyard is very spacious for the kiddos to run around in. Best part is it is waking distance to Disneyland! Took about 15mins to walk there. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this house!
