We wanted a place near Disneyland so that we could have easy access to attractions all around Anaheim and we randomly stumbled upon this place. A great choice for a large group of people! We definitely enjoyed the cute furniture and rooms, as well as the sweet Disneyland fireworks that light up the sky every night in our very own backyard! There were close attractions and food places nearby as well so everything was close and easy to access. The owners definitely were nice and welcoming before, during, and after our stay! Thank you for the wonderful experience. We hope we can come back someday!
Linda W.A great place to stay with your family. Our kids and grandkids enjoyed the pool on the non-disney days. The house has everything that you need. I had to work one day so the secure WiFi came in handy as I held a GoTo meeting. It is close enough to Disney to walk and save on the Disney parking fees. We shopped at Food-4-Less to save a few dollars. There are a lot of good eating places close by. "El Pollo Loco" was our favorite. The Anaheim Angels stadium is also really close by. Ted and Nancy are very nice to work with.

We did put some decor safely on shelves so our rambunctious teens could not accidentally break anything. There were some welcome snacks and maps of the parks to enjoy. The home was well stocked with towels and linens. The towels were nice, big, and fluffy! The water pressure was great and there was an abundance of hot water plenty for all to have a comfortable shower. We were a short 15 minute walk from Downtown Disney where we enjoyed our first night there. Upon our return we retired to our comfy beds except for some who were too excited to sleep who gratefully watched the fireworks from the windows until reminded it would be an early morning! I would highly recommend this home for a group trip to Disneyland.
Perfect for Disneyland!The house is very near Disneyland, almost in walking distance (1.5 miles from the theme park entrance). The bathrooms and the kitchen were recently renovated and the rest of the house was well-maintained as well. It had all the amenities you want (extra towels, blankets, linen, pillows) and more - the small snack bags and cold water bottles were the perfect touch! Ted was great in communicating with us prior to our check-in with emails that had all the information that I needed for our trip to Disneyland. He even called us on the night of our check-in and the morning of our check-out to see whether we were comfortable - how great is that! If your family is going to Disneyland with a small kid, this is THE house for you. It is close enough that you can come back without any problems. There are also plenty of decent restaurants nearby (within 3 miles) as well as a Target if you need things for your theme park days. The place was very spacious and had a pool for my kid to have enough fun on our no-Disneyland days as well. You can even see the fireworks from your bedrooms, which was much better for us as we enjoyed them without the extra-loud music and booming at the theme park. I already recommended this place to our friends with twins and will continue to do so to anyone traveling with small children. Of course, we will also definitely be back here for more Disneyland fun. :)

Cristina R.We rented the home as a family of 6 adults. We liked the Disney theme throughout the home. It was a 15-20 minute walk at a brisk pace to Downtown Disney area. We are all relatively young so it was not a problem walking but the walk was a little daunting after spending a long day in the park and having tired feet already. We actually drove to the Disney parking facility and paid the $20.00 a couple of the days. It is a really easy drive from the vacation home and the facility has free tram service to the Downtown Disney area so we felt it was worth it to do so. You can also leave the parking facility and get back in the same day without paying another $ 20.00 so we did that one day as well and used the pool and took naps at the house one afternoon. Plenty of room at the house for the 6 of us and having a pool was very useful. Beds were comfortable. I often do not sleep well in hotels and a/wake up sore so I was pleasantly surprised that I had a good nights sleep and felt good in the morning. Big bonus for me :) The owners of the vacation home were responsive and gave us lots of information prior to our arrival so we felt they cared about our stay and were very attentive. The kitchen is fully stocked with pans, dishes, appliances, etc. so if you want to spend a lot of time in the house cooking and relaxing, then it is all set up for that as well. Quiet neighborhood. Having coffee at the house to make a pot or two for the first morning would be a nice touch for the owners to add. Pleased with our stay and though we spent nearly all of our time at Disneyland, we would definitely rent this home again.
Gregg W.Perfect place for us to celebrate our niece's 5th Birthday! We all had a blast and were so comfortable with plenty of room to feel like home. She will never forget it! Our kids all slept in the bunk room where there were four mattresses including a pull out trundle. My husband and I shared the queen room, and my sis-in-law and bro-in-law had the king with the playpen for our baby nephew. There even was room for two more in the living room if we needed with the extra trundle bed, but there were signs posted that there's a 9 person limit. Wish we could've had our other niece and nephew stay but they stayed in a nearby hotel with their parents. We had all the dishes and pots that we needed to cook dinner and we loved the huge dining table that fit everyone perfectly. It was also a nice short 20 minute walk (1 mile) to Disneyland entrance. One tip that I would advise anyone staying is to not lock the deadbolt on the front door when leaving, we had left thru the garage and deadbolted the front door and got locked out. But the maintenance guy came quickly to help us out. Our fault but just a heads up. ;) Overall we enjoyed our stay and loved every minute of it! :D

There was plenty of room for each of us to enjoy our own space-with TVs in the living room and each of the 3 bedrooms. It was stocked with everything vacation travelers could possibly need. The location could not be better-a nice neighborhood, with typical shops, stores, restaurants, and Disneyland within a mile. The grounds were well kept and Nancy, Rick, Ted, and Randy were so friendly and accommodating. After a Disney Day, I called to question the temperature of the pool and Randy was there in less than five minutes, turned up the heat, and it was bathtub warm almost instantly. It was wonderful going back to the peacefulness of house after a busy day, and grilling & visiting on the patio and swimming. And it’s true: you can see the Disneyland firework display right from the backyard. We would definitely recommend this vacation property.

The home is a little older but really clean, I would recommend bringing a streaming device for the tv’s. Your only Options are live Directv or Blueray, and when you’ve spent the whole day walking around the most magical place on earth, you may want to relax and watch whatever you want to watch.

René July 2019The home is in a great neighborhood and the management staff were excellent to work with. The home is beautiful and has some very fun decorations. You’re family will have a great time. Only clarification I might offer is that the walk to the park is about 30 min, not as close as you might think. It was fine for us because we had a car, but if you’re going to catch a ride from the airport and plan to walk your in for a good hike.

The only thing we did not like was the fact that there’s a camera directly facing the pool and although the camera’s are “not monitored” it made us feel a little uneasy. Besides that everything else was great. We loved that we had access to the garage and we could park our car inside, we would definitely stay here again.
Michelle May 2020This home is very close to the Disneyland Hotel on a quiet street. With the resort closed due to the pandemic, we needed to shelter away while work was done on our home in LA. As others have written, the place is a little dated, and could use some work in the baths, kitchen and pool/outdoor areas, I have no complaints since I knew all that going in and the price was very good! One big benefit was that you could tell the place had been thoroughly cleaned, which was important to us. Check-in was easy with the instructions. They were very responsive to calls or texts. There are a good amount of rules to follow, but nothing too terrible! Once the pandemic over, I could see a group of 4-8 being pretty happy using this as a jumping off point for the theme parks.

Very close to the park (20 minute walk), very little people traffic and very quiet compared to the Harbour Blvd side of Disneyland. The property offered all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Comfortable beds, lots of space to move around in, nicely air conditioned and the pool was a great touch after the hot days at the park. The fireworks can been seen perfectly from the yard, which we utilized several nights during our stay. The property manager responded quickly to a minor issue with the coffee maker (we need our coffee in the morning). The bathrooms could use a little maintenance and updating however, our trip wasn’t about assessing home decor. All in all, my family and I were very satisfied!

The drive to walmart for groceries was less than 5 minutes also. The beds were comfortable and there were lots to choose from! We paid to have the pool heated (mid september) and it was a lite chilly but enjoyable. The kids loved getting to swim every night and I loved that it was completely fenced, so they could be outside without having to worry about them getting to the pool. I would definitely stay here again.

You can walk to the Disney parks from the house, but if you have young child, a stroller will be needed. It is also close to the Anaheim Convention Center. The property is not new, but it is overall well maintained and clean. We have 3 kids and I brought my parents, so 7 total and we had plenty of room for everyone.
